Whole Foods Food Court can be very expensive, but you can find well-balanced foods on the go.

In time, I made my way to the tropics to get a healthy, full-bodied store.

My dish includes carbohydrates, proteins, and vegetables.

The Whole Foods hot bar and salad bar are full of well-prepared, healthy meals that can make for a solid lunch or dinner.

Although it can be expensive, you can find healthy, nutritious foods along the way with protein, fiber, carbs, and vitamins.

I started getting a restaurant bowl in 2017. Over the years I have refined my bowl to make it as healthy and balanced food as possible. I don’t always do it, but it’s a occasional meal.
I start with sweet potatoes

Squeeze three slices of sweet potato from the salad bar and place them next to your bowl.

One sweet potato contains 26 grams of carbohydrates, which bring energy, and 3.9 grams of fiber, which helps balance energy levels.

Ordinary potatoes can be a source of carbs and certain vitamins, but sweet potatoes are very rich in vitamins and potassium in the amount of calories and carbs they provide.
Place the rice base next to the sweet potatoes

There is a large pin next to the rice pot, try to fill three-quarters of the scooper with rice to put it in a bowl - about two-thirds of a cup.

Rice is a good source of carbs and fiber.

Many Whole Foods stores also have a bar of brown rice on the other side of the bar, high in fiber and vitamins such as magnesium and zinc.

The hot bar has many healthy protein options, but the beef pieces of beef stew are a good fit considering their shape and texture.

I like to change my protein every now and then as too much red meat can increase the risk of type 2 diabetes, heart disease, and stroke.


Some of my preferred proteins for this method include peas, roasted chicken breast, grilled salmon, or chicken tikka fro

The story continues

Place three slices of protein on top of the rice, and leave in the vegetable place.
Fill the remaining cup with the vegetables

I usually go for broccoli, which is rich in calcium, and I will try to get at least five pieces on top of the cup if not. There are also green beans and green spinach and carrots in the salad area.
After exercising, I will add more

If I need a calorie increase, I will add two more pieces of sweet potatoes each with beef, a tablespoon of rice, and almost double the amount of vegetables.
